ISLAND VILLAGE
It’s 100 years in the future. Global warming has melted the icecaps and most of the world is under water. There are isolated islands where trees provide a solid base for villages. This village is perched on the stump of a massive tree, still sprouting gigantic leaves to filter the air and provide oxygen for the villagers. Like most of these island refuges, this one is overcrowded as villagers continue to build houses on top of each other. The wreck of a sailboat is washed up onto the shore… a boat that brought more survivors to the island. Mankind must learn to live on the sea and to adapt to the crowded conditions.
JOHN LEBEN'S COLLECTABLE NOTECARDS
Leben's collectable notecards showcase his limited edition images on high quality watercolor paper and feature distinctive deckled edges around the image giving a border around the art. These cards are a great way to sample the art in a tangible way before purchasing a larger picture and can act as a mini print if you choose to frame them. They can also be a great way to send a personal note to someone special. Each card comes with an envelope included. Each order is a quantity of 1.
